Different colors of Roasted Coffee Beans
The process of roasting transforms the flavor and color of the beans. Hence, it is necessary to keep a proper check on the coffee beans at the time of roasting and needs to be monitored carefully. There are four categories of roasted coffee such as dark, medium, medium dark, and light. The color of the coffee affects its taste. The dark color of coffee tastes bitter as compared to that of light colored coffee. For complete quality control of coffees, colorimeters are used to determine the level of roast. Testronix instruments offer a broad range of colorimeters to test the different food products. TP60 CP is the best measuring device which is used to measure the color of roasted coffee beans.
